    Can’t go online on xbox x with modern warfare war zone although all ok online for other games

    I just finished downloading cod mw3 and now it won’t let me play anything it keeps saying need to purchase modern warfare 3 but I already have?!?!

    You should be more specific, if you bought Modern Warfare as a disc. You have to have the disc in the console when you want to Modern Warfare. If you bought the game digitally, be sure to check your email for order confirmation and/or Xbox Live Notifications.

    Call of Duty Modern Warfare problems

    I started downloading Modern Warfare Warzone, then bought the multiplayer on disc. When I put the disc in it loads up but i can only play Warzone. It says I still have to purchase the multiplayer.
    I have the same problem and it realy sucks

    I tried all of this with my old Xbox with no success. But I have just bought a new series X, so there shouldn’t be a cache issue or system reboot requirement.

    When I go to the Xbox store to download the data pack that’s apparently missing. It’s doesn’t let me and just says oops that didn’t work with the code: PILUM

    No other information is provided and although I’ve downloaded the game, only warzone or a link to the newer modern warfare comes up to play. No option for MW 2019 multiplayer.
