Have it lost my minecraft account?

Hello,

Since a few days ago I wanted to start playing some Minecraft again.

But I have a lot of trouble logging into my account.

It says that it has been migrated to an X-box account from Microsoft.

But when i login with that X-box account I just get the screen where I can buy the game or play the demo.

But i have bought the game a couple of years ago.

I still have the email that I got when I bought the game with the Order ID and the Transaction ID.

But I didn't buy the game via an x-box account but with a mojang account.

But when i sent them a mail about this problem I got this as an answer:

So I don't really know who i should contact to find my Minecraft account.

Could you help me?

if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.

Yes I lost my email and password to the account, but I have the transaction ID of when I bought the minecraft account.

So is my account lost forever? I'm fine if it is but I just want access to Minecraft account again. Is there a way to transfer my Minecraft account to another Microsoft account so I can still use it?
