Have issues with power with my Xbox Series X: Halo Edition console?

My suggestion is to make a "Factory Reset".

it will refresh your system and delete any corrupted files that are causing issues.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

You will have to sign in again.

Okay, Thank you for the help. I will try that later, and hopefully, my console stays turned on.

Now the console can stay on. I wonder what the problem could be.

I've tried changing outlets and disconnecting the console before, and it didn't work. I tried that a few minutes ago, and now it is working. Also, send a message thru my console to "report a problem" about the issue of power situation of my new console.

I hope my console works the next time on a different day when want to use it. 🤞🏽🤞🏽

There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

And there is no xbox one series x

Just xbox series s or x

I have this issue, and I own the game, and bought it on Microsoft Store. I was even able to play Halo CE's campaign up until 2 days ago. I have:

1. Signed in and out

2. Power cycled

3. Uninstall and re-install.

4. Downloading from the Xbox app.

This is making me mad because I need to play these for a homework assignment. I can play Halo 2 if I really want to on my Series X via my Halo 2 collectors edition, but wanted to play it with a friend.
