Have I ng trouble getting on my Microsoft edge.

i am having trouble getting on my Microsoft edge on my Xbox one it keeps on saying give it another try & then done below it says not sure what happen there (0x80070005) so I don't know what that mean or how too get it fix so if you would please let me know
how too fix it & thank you.

I am . Ill be getting it. I liked all NG games so far. Yes including NG 3 and NG3 razors edge

Difficulty seems to be on the surface only since they're starting you out on the equivalent of level 3 with no upgrades. It didn't feel much different from VNG3. Getting it anyway, more NG is always a good thing no matter how bad the vanilla version was.
Although...I'll probably not get NG4 at launch because of this full version thingy pattern they're developing with NG. (NG, NG:Black, NG2, NG Sigma, NG3, NG3:Razor's Edge)

Open your guild menu, scroll down to the settings gear icon, scroll over, DO NOT click all settings instead scroll down and select restart console. (Its very important to restart your console this way. If you press the power button on the front of your console,
it will only but your Xbox into a sleep mode and not do a full reboot.) After the console reboots, restart microsoft edge and see if it works.

If this does not help then try doing a power cycle on the console. To do a power cycle you will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes.
After the 2 minutes are up restart the console.
