i have a friend on Xbox who used to chat with me but now when he is online, he won't reply at all and i was wondering if he could have blocked me or is just choosing to not answer

I understand you have a question about your friend blocking you.

Actually, if a friend is blocking you, you will not be able to message him anymore.

It is possible that he turned off his notifications for some reason and that is why he is not reading your messages or it could simply be that he does not want to respond.

Try inviting him to a party or send him a voice mail. Or any other form to contact him aside from the Xbox.

The enforcement team once use this forum but they have stop years ago. The only place you can contact them about your case is the link already provided by Bowski477 and you can only file for a case review, but if a decision was upheld already on there end
then that is the end of it. Good evening.

enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible for one.

Sorry to hear it. If you've had a game specific ban then you'll need to contact the developers of the game for more assistance.

However, if you've been suspended or banned from Live then you need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon to see the reason and duration of the action as well as be able to open a case review with the PET.
