I have been unable to play online for months now with the errors stated above just being shoved at me. No support page on here has helped, and the issue has not been resolved (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/9/t/1617554.aspx).
Seriously, look at the support in that thread, no help at all. I am not with Comcast, so that excuse is out of the window. I am prompted to reset my router (funny, because my Sony and Apple products have no issue, neither do my other Microsoft products) which
is a 50/50 chance of allowing me to play online. As soon as my Xbox is turned off, the issue reappears. When I test connection it says service is up and running, but the Xbox cannot connect to either my internet, or Xbox Live.

I want to know if there is a way to fix this (I have literally formatted my 320gb hard drive, deleted cache...like 20 times, reset internet settings to factory, downloaded profile over and over again), or if Microsoft will refund me my live for this. I am
so sick of this company. No help whatsoever, support just sends you to redundant support pages that are no help. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the Markplace alone (not including the live paid for on my 3 accounts, or the physical games I have bought).
I am ready to just make this thing a dedicated FIFA career manager console, since that's all Xbox is good for from my perspective. Time to get a PS4 I guess if this cannot be resolved.

    :)

Same, but I am getting 80151909/8015190B error. Do you have Comcast/Xfinity as your ISP by chance?
