    Have guys in a party and they were hacking a black ops 2 game server. And one guy said he has had 8 console bans and 2 IP bans so I think he needs something more serious then just being banned because he said he would just get another account/console/IP
    to use to get on and hack more. [Mod Removed]

    so I joined a game in black ops 2 and it was a hacked lobby and the guy was making everyone have a black box on their prestige and when I left the game it stuck and said I was prestige 666 and I had all diamond guns and everything and he has saying if we
    reported him he would just de rank us and boot us offline so I don't know what I did to deserve this ban because I did nothing wrong!

    The best you can do is report them via your console. Then block communications and avoid them.

    If it is getting that serious, I would suggest doing as oOUTSIDERo62 has suggested and also contacting activision about them as well. They run the servers for their games, so they may be able to block them from that game at least while Our enforcement team
    looks into their accounts from your reports. Their number is (310) 255-2050 you can also go to their support website.

    You will have to file a complaint via your console & it will be investigated by the enforcement team. The only way to report someone is using the tools on your console. You Can File a complaint against
    another Xbox Live players Then Mute, block, or avoid other players on Xbox Live.
