Have Gold status bit stopped to have its features

hi,

I used to have Gold account for years, but suddenly or stopped working: I cannot play online, chat with friends etc. System behaves like I don't have subscription-proposestablished me Gold. But when I'm going to subscriptions I actually see my one is active
and going to expire in May.

Tried to clear alternative MAC address, reset console, cleared cache-nothing helps.

Please advise!

The 14-day trial does not convert your account to gold status. It merely gives you access to many of the features a gold subscription gets you. Have you tried playing online or using any gold status features yet?

 

Multiple gamertags on the same Xbox live account? How does gold family work?

Hi there,

On Xbox One with its Home Gold feature (which is automatic), other gamertags are able to use Gold membership features with only one gamertag which has Xbox Live Gold. That is yours. Have your wife create a separate gamertag if not already with
a separate Microsoft Account. Accounts cannot be merged. As long as your Gold member-status gamertag is on the console, her gamertag will have Gold abilities.
