    Have Gold in Subscriptions, all games ask me to buy it


    Got a 2 week trial of Live Gold with my One S. Multiplayer Bf1 worked fine. Trial ran out Thursday night, I renewed for 3 months, and even though thr Subscriptions page says I have Gold, any game I try to go online with tells me I need a Live Gold membership.

    Restarted my console a dozen times, complete power cycle, removed my account, got it back, Restarted router, unplugged all cables and nothing has worked. Bf1 tells me I'm Missing Multiplayer Privileges, and when I try Forza multiplayer to see if it's just
    some weird Bf1 issue, I'm sent to a screen asking me to buy Gold I already have.

    Xbox live not working

    I entered a code for 3 months of Xbox live and it shows that I have the subscription when I go to setting and subscriptions but when I try to play games or invite a friend it asks me to buy gold

    Thank you, turns out my Gold subscription had expired. I dont know why it asked me to buy ultimate and didnt tell me to buy xbox gold.

    Is it asking for just Game Pass or Gold/Game Pass Ultimate? The game is an online only game so it requires a Gold subscription to play it. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold or you can buy just a Gold subscription.

    Once we were able to get a game with gold successfully it will not be removed from our account but we should have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to continue playing the game.

    If it's asking you to buy the game with an active Xbox Live Gold subscription it means that it is obtained using a different Microsoft account.
