Have Gold, Can't Access Multi-player Games

I can't access multi-player or my gold games since yall ditched gold, I have 3 months of active gamepass and this has screwed my lan party for this weekend! What gives??

And don't give me "access to gold games ended" because my friend is here at the house with her system and she's able to access her Gold games.

only gold membership is allowed multi-player access you will need to upgrade to gold in order to play on-line multi-player games. if you go into account setting from the support menu it will walk you through on how to setup a gold account there are a number
of ways to do so.

If your on automatic billing and have a billing violation, this must be cleared before any codes can be entered for multi-player access.

But you can't add a 48hr code to a existing gold membership.

Trial cards do not give you gold and only temporary multi-player access
