    Have gold but game is telling me to buy it


    I have Xbox live gold and I've checked. Expires 2/2019. I am trying to play resident evil 6 and it won' let me play live. Telling me.i need to purchase live. I checked NAT type and wasn' correct now it says open. I've signed out and back in still the same
    issue.

    However my issue is a little different. I have gold set up but when I try to do anything it tells me I need to buy gold. If I try to do that it says I already have it. WTF?

    Let's have you try temporarily
    removing your profile     (please ensure you remember your account login information before doing this),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back into your profile.

    Did that help? What do you see when you try to play an online multiplayer game over Xbox Live or install a Games with Gold game?

    Try logging out of your console and logging back in. If that doesn't work then remove your profile and re-download it. Let us know if that works for you. Good Luck!

    I am having this same issue and have done all of the things you suggested. Nothing works! It is SUPER frustrating. I keep getting kicked off the chat with the support people too. My kids want to play minecraft online with friends and we've been trying to
    resolve this for 3 days now. :(
