hi, my gold got renewed on 26th of June but the old one ended on the 7th, but I renewed it still for a month. How come I can't be an ambassador anymore. I get the email and stuff...but not allowed to get into ambassador anymore.

XboxOne Gold membership

we had rented an xboxone...and purchased a 1 year gld membership in december 2015. In March we purchased our own XboxOne and we were told that our gold membership would transfer with our account to this one...but it isn't there. HELP

XBOX TENURE still not fixed for long time, day 1 (10year) XBOX Live account...

tenure is your continued xbox live gold time. ihave had my account for several years and my tenure shows less than a year because i went silver for a few days before renewing my gold sub. if you have had a xbl account for 3 years but went silver for a day
after 2 years then went back to gold your tenure will show as 1 year or less.

Have you had a Gold level membership consistently with no lapses for the entire 4 years? If not that's why. It shows how many years you've had Gold.

Hey again! Just to clarify, have you had LIVE Gold for a total of three years, or have you had Gold on and off over a period of three years? The tenure is the total amount of Gold time. Also, if you've had one year and eleven months (or less) of Gold time,
it would still only read 1 year; it doesn't round up or anything. Please let us know, thanks!

Tenure is the amount of consecutive years you've had a gold account not how many years you've had the account. Did you have gold for that whole time?

Just chiming in but the Games With Gold are not "free".

Before the change to GwG each User could keep and maintain any Game once Downloaded even after their Gold Account expired and while Offline. Now the Gold Account must be maintained to retain the Game. I would say it's closer to a pseudo rent now.

imo it was better before that change and this is from someone who has not had any lapse in Gold for over 8 years. Calling them "Hostage Games on a Conditional basis" would just to be too long.
