Have gamers became a bunch of whiners & complainers nowadays

Besides trolls & fanboys, another problem with the gaming industry is a bunch of whiners & complainers. I'll provide a few examples.

Example 1: Gamers had begged for change in a few games, but when they played it, they whine about it either being a copy & paste game or just borrowing ideas from other games.

Example 2: Gamers generally have high expectations nowadays and if it don't live up to their expectations, then of course, they go start complaining & thinking about sell it immediately.

Example 3: Trolls & fanboys spend most of their time on the internet trashing on one product & another. Popular example, the Sony fanboys always trashing on Xbox One & praising the PS4 to no end. I'm like how many times are they going to say the same crap
over & over again. We get it, you love your preferred console so much, so keep your opinions to yourself.

Example 4: Overall, gamers just whine & complain about nearly anything nowadays. I'll provide a few quotes.

"Xbox One can't do 1080p, time to get a PS4."

"Sony is being a bunch of thieves, time to get a Xbox One."

"Halo sucks, COD is much better!"

"Far Cry 4 is just the same game as Far Cry 3, time to sell Far Cry 4."

"Booo they downgrade this game just so that the PS4 & Xbone can handle it."

Gamers nowadays are a bunch of casuals & hippies "let everyone play everything so everyone can enjoy everything"....ummm that eliminates all aspects of competition. No exclusives is the exact opposite of what gaming needs. Without exclusives, there is nothing
to drive a sale in one direction.

They've become nothing. It's just the internet has provided a greater and easier avenue for the complaints to be heard.

I don't see that as a bad thing myself. The trick is of course separating the genuine feedback and complaints from the trolls.

it's a actual fact Bird125, PS4 is extremely overrated. It has little to no good exclusives (Last of Us Remastered is the only good PS4 game), a mediocre at best controller, PSN still inferior to Xbox Live,

and the community is just pure awful.

@Ragnarok5000 Am not going to sit here and attack you. But you have sort of opened your self open for abuse and have made your self look a little bit silly. You make a topic complaining about complainers and fanboys. Yet you are guilty of bashing another
console and there fan base.

Either way, I don't bother with commenting on sites where people constantly complain. It's pointless and no one ever wins anyways. It's best to just ignore those who say something about one console or the other, or about what games suck and don't. In the
end it's all forgotten until the next user brings up their dislike for something.

I've been thinking this a lot lately but I started noticing it the most this gen. Jimmy Kimmel who I do not think is funny laughed at the new YouTube channel that let's you watch gamers play. The dude was getting death threats. Seriously? I agree with him,
let's play videos are such a waste of time. I don't get it.

Now if you like either MS or Sony and not both the constant badgering from both sides is rediculous. The dumbest thing I hear is when people say either the ONE or the PS4 suck. Maybe you like one and not the other but saying one sucks when they are so similar
is nonsense.

Gamers get sooooo mad if you do not like a game that they do.

Yes, a lot of gamers are extremely fickle and are big time whiners but you have people like that anyway even without gaming.
