Have Forgotten an email, Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately the forgotten password one doesn't help,I have tried a few times only for them to keep saying it's a blocked email account....even when I pass the security check. Thanks for trying to help though, appreciate the speedy response

Recover Forgotten Password:

After recovering email, recover your password, follow these steps to reset it:
On the sign-in page, select "Forgot your password?"
Enter the email address associated with your Xbox account.
Complete the security challenge to verify your identity.
Follow the prompts to reset your password. You'll receive a verification code via email or phone to confirm your identity.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Not at all, an Xbox Live subscription is not required to enable 2FA.

You can try to enable it through the website. Here you go:

1. Go to the ACCOUNT page. - https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal

2. Click the PASSWORD & SECURITY tab.

3. Under the 'TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION' header, click the 2FA option you want to enable:

* THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATOR APP

* SMS AUTHENTICATION

* ENABLE EMAIL AUTHENTICATION

4. After you select your authentication method, you should receive a code from Epic Games for email and SMS, and the App should generate a code for you

5. Input the code and you should see a success message (example below is for email)

6. Refresh your account page and confirm that the authentication method shows as being enabled by looking for the blue button that says 'On'

After that perform a powercycle on your console.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Same issue here, I'd forgotten about Limbo completely until spotting it on the store just now. Checked my messages and the code message is gone. Any help would be appreciated.

The email should be the same as the gamertag email. If they have forgotten, have them call support. If they can answer some account specific questions support can help them out.
