    If they do a license check???? it clearly states on HOme xbox you do not have to be signed in for anyone in your FAMILY to enjoy the benefits of GOLD...... On the second xboxone you are signed into live and entitled to use your licenced digital copy....how
    is this a violation of their EULA?

    Read a EULA and then come back and explain how playing a game simultaneously isn't a violation. They are very clear and no law degree needed, it's for a single end user.

    Common sense should apply......Publishers who have just now removed "online passes" in an attempt to combat the used game market are now running a buy one get one free deal on all their games? Yeah right.

    At home with Xbox One

    As an Xbox Live Gold member, you can share the benefits of Xbox Live Gold with others while they’re using your Xbox One console in your home. Friends and family can simply create their own account and gamertag on the console, which gives them the ability
    to enjoy Xbox Live online multiplayer gaming and access to entertainment apps.

    Friends or family members with their own gamertags coming over to play? No problem. They can log in and play online multiplayer games, even if you sign off.

    At a friend’s house with Xbox One

    When you go to a friend’s house, you’ll be able to play multiplayer games on their Xbox One console, even if your friend is not a Gold subscriber. Once you log in with your Xbox Live Gold account, everyone using that console can access multiplayer games
    and entertainment apps for as long as you’re logged in

    @RocNrolla

    That's up to you.

    As I said we just went through this here and it spread to two other gaming forums. Numerous people contacted MS for clarification and didn't receive a reply. We couldn't find a single publisher that allowed it.

    The link you posted is the same one that everyone else was posting justifying simultaneous play and it says nothing about the subject specifically. Yes you can do it but it's a loophole that's being abused, if you understand that and are good with it then
    enjoy.

    They don't mention "simultaneous play" specifically because would become a legal nightmare once they take it away. Word will spread about this "feature", which in turn will further push their agenda for ALL digital; I can see the "spin" once they announce
    this going away in the future,"Do to the high number of people abusing the "Family Gold"...we have FIXED this oversight. As a result EACH member of Live will need Gold to access features on the X Box One system.".

    I'm such a ray of sunshine! Lmao.

    Peace, J.R.

    Not sure if ppl still want an update, but I said i would so here it is,

    someone posted this link:

    winsupersite.com/.../xbox-one-game-sharing

    This certainly works, I have TF downloaded, paid once and is happily playing at the same time on two different consoles with two different gamertags, in the same house.

    I am a happy bunny.

    @D33dles

    Maybe Microsoft could detect that 2 Xboxones are using the same IP address (ie in the same household connected to one service provider ISP) and people not abusing the system could still benefit from this.

    Not sure if I made myself clear????
