Have come to a dead end, need help on how to proceed

Ok this is a little complicated and mixed issue.

I have recently opened two microsoft accounts as in two seperate emails that are not connected to any other accounts I have.

I normally do not even use my windows email.

I purchased an xbox game passs subscription with one of these accounts. And it signs in automatically on the xbox app.

The other I have used as requested by the game sea of thieves. Also on auto login upon game start.

The problem starts with one account stopping the auto login. I did some mistakes etc. etc. basically I lost access to both even though xbox app still auto-logins everytime.
I have done the whole process of recovery and even with my credit card info that I provide in the forms, I cannot get into my accounts. Which is not what I need either.

I dont know how I should proceed, what I want is:

1- I want an account that I can access that holds my game pass subscription. So I need to cancel the old one and etc. Which is not possible without logging in. I am fine with cancelling one and opening a new one and getting a new game pass etc. But now it is like I have to get a new game pass and keep paying for the one I cannot access.

2- I would like my game progress to be simply not lost. Should be possible since my steam account, from where the game was bought, remains the same. (I am more than willing to let go of this and solve my main issue)
