    Have Billed for not rendered facilities of the subscription XBOX Live


    Good afternoon! Appeared the problem with subscription XBOX Live. On my account record have exposed the count for extension of the subscription , but since on my plastic card of no money and I did not want to prolong the subscription.Since I service of the
    subscription did not use!And You want that I have paid You for service which did not use!? require to take out of account record exposed count on subscription and disconnect them!

    Xbox live not available in your location

    I have Gold – 3 Month subscription and I can do online multiplayer fine but my xbox live said it's not available in my location so I can't have none of the membership facilities. I live in Turks and Caicos Islands.

    Charged Twice

    Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
    charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?
