Have been Suspended while on Holiday

Hello

I have been away in a Different country for just over a week and have not had access to my Xbox or Microsoft account, I have returned to have found I have had a communications ban, My account is pass coded and as far as I am aware nobody else has access
to my account, although I believe it was my younger sibling on my account while I was away I am not 100% sure, I have changed my password on my account and changed the pass code on the xbox, I was wondering if it is possible to have the suspension lifted,
I have tried filing a case review but the web page just re directs me back to the home page.

My XBOX live account has been suspended and i i rang the xbox support telephone number then he said to come on here and i have been on holiday for a week and i came back today and my Xbox live has been suspended till 31/12/9999 please help me

URGENT

I have been on holiday and whilst I have been on holiday I let my friend go my Xbox and I have come back to being communication banned and online banned I can't play no online games I don't know what my friend has done on my account but I'm not to happy
and if he has done anything wrong I am sorry for that but that wasn't to me

Be aware that part of the CoC/ToU states that you are responsible for everything that happens on you account even if you are not the one using it, so If it truly was your sibling then you are still responsible for his actions.

Mw2 would have been the best cod if the hackers would have been kept at bay. While this game is not very high on my list, mw3 takes the prize of worst cod ever!!! Happy Holidays.

I've been watching Netflix on my tablet by tethering my phone internet to it while on holiday and have not had one buffer. I think I'm keeping my subscription after the free month, it's been awesome.

My rule of thumb when dealing with problem players is to report, block, and walk away. Many of them want you to respond in an aggressive way so they can then report YOU for violations. Be extra careful when encountering these players and make sure not
to let them goad you into saying something that could get you a penalty!
