Have been suspended forgot what my account details are how do i get it back

I have also been suspended and I would like to know how to get my account back online

The xbox account my son uses was suspended for 24hrs how can I get details of what was said or done? I can't properly discipline him if Idon't have that info.

Hey there, do you mean change the privacy settings on a child account without the adult accounts information? I do not believe that is possible and you will need the adult's account details to verify the changes.
