Have been invited and accepted into the preview program, but have not received the Service ...

I have been invited twice (first time was about 8 months ago, I didn't do anything with the service message at the time, and the message is gone now), second time was 2 months ago. I have been accepted into the program both times (according to chat support),
however this time around I have not received the Service Message. I know that the amount of people accepted in has decreased significantly since they are at almost capacity, my problem is I have been accepted, I have just not received the service message again.
Is it possible for a mod to get in touch or provide me with contact info for the Preview Program team so I can request the Service Message be resent?

Xbox one preview program

Sorry but phone support has no access to preview program information. That is another section of the xbox service and as such any issues arising from the preview program are to be addressed internally via the preview forums.

This means that phone support cannot determine whether or not you have actually been accepted into the program.

If you have not received a welcome message to your Live messages with a link to download the preview app then you have not yet been accepted into the preview program.

As I mentioned earlier, please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for more information.

 

Never got a message to download the app

I was invited and accepted into the preview program but I never recieved the message to download the dashboard app. Could someone please resend it? Thanks.

Well problem is you arent accepted until you receive the service msg giving you the link

No matter what support says

Fyi support only can see whp is invired into thr preview not accepted

It has been changed to not if you were rejected or not

Fyi there arw two conditions for you to be accepted

First no recent enforcement activitiy within the past year otherwise you need to wait till 1 year after

2Nd you need an adult account

That being said until you receive the app you arent accepted and it is highly unlikely it will happen anytime soon

In august they actually cut down the amount of acceptances

And being invited doesnt garentee you will be accepted

Also thebprogram is full with 100s still on the waiting list

You will have to wait

Although it could be months to weeks before you are accepted depending when they make more room

They are accepting very few of rhe existing into the nxoe right now with everyone in the program eventually coming in but rhe bc preview is done until release

 

If you never received the service msg with the link then you were never accepted

Only with the service msg with the link are you accepted.

Support doesnt know if you were accepted or not they wwrre supposed to be updated wording to explain further but only the preview team knows if you were acceptednabd onlynwhen you receive that msg are you invited

With your timeline its highly unlikely as people have been waiting since july are still waiitng

 

Everyone waits on the waiting list even existing members its just a different list
