Discus and support have been a rewards member since 2010..never get credits but shows I do in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So Ive made tons of purchases and it shows lifetime credits but I have never physically had them to get anything with.     So Ive made tons of purchases and it shows lifetime credits but I have never physically had them to get anything with. What do I do next?

    hey there!! i have been a Rewards member since: 12/2/2010 and it's showing that MyVIP Star Rank is 0? i have also bought a few game's over the past few months and no credits and been moved to my account.

    Why TF does Xbox Live Rewards have to become Microsoft rewards?!?!?? This's retarded ****

    He has a right to be mad. The conversation ratio is pathetic and a RIP OFF, and the "VIP VAULT" is empty at lower levels with rewards credits (which are virtual for crying out loud and OWNED by Microsoft) not restocked.

    Either let us buy consoles for 1000 gems or restock the credits and let your long time rewards members get SOMETHING for their efforts and time. I have been here since 12/01/2010 and I think I deserve something for my efforts that IS NOT a RIP OFF RATIO.
