Have an open credit-line with CitizenOne, what do I do next?

A few weeks ago I, like many of us, attempted to pre-order an Xbox Series X through the Xbox All Access program. I tried various sites during the hour I was attempting to secure my Xbox and got through to almost none of them. At a certain point, I managed
to get through on Walmart's website and managed to apply for a CitizenOne credit line, and was approved. I was excited but realized quickly they consoles were sold out. I was upset that I had an open credit line and a hard inquiry on my credit score, but
I figured it happened to tons of other people and it would be resolved.

It hasn't however, and now I am seeing people who used Microsoft and Gamestop's sites receiving emails informing them that they will have an opportunity to order their console. I haven't received one of these emails from Walmart and feel somewhat cheated.
Anyone experiencing a similar issue?
