Discus and support have already canceled this 15.93 ultimate ........... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I canceled this two months ago yet it is back again my card was charged 15.93 for this **** once again! why cant I find this in my subs to get rid of...     I canceled this two months ago yet it is back again my card was charged 15.93 for this **** once again! why cant I find this in my subs to get rid of it????

    Lost 4 months of Xbox Gold after cancelling Ultimate Pass. Had Ultimate Pass only 1 week.

    When you upgrade to Ultimate, any gold or game pass you already have on your account is cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate since Ultimate already includes those. So cancelling your Ultimate cancels everything.

    No. If you added a 12 month code already, it would have been cancelled and converted to Ultimate since Ultimate includes gold. Cancelling Ultimate will cancel everything.

    When you already have Gold or Game Pass and you purchase a subscription to Ultimate, the remaining time on your subscription is cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate since Ultimate already includes Gold and Game Pass. So when you purchased Ultimate you would
    actually have been given 8 months of Ultimate for $1. By cancelling Ultimate, you cancel everything.
