I have a problem with getting assassin's Creed 3 that is Xbox 360 backward compatibility free with gold this month . The game is for money and know it is expired and I can not get it now I contacted Microsoft and they told my that the problem will be solved
but the game is still for money. Please reply quickly

Issue with Games with gold

Well, my PS4 have no problem at all with the connection, that's why I'm wondering if my 360 is failing. I'll try with an ethernet cable but obviously, I would rather use wifi since my console is like at 30' of the router.

Issue with Games with gold

Since last december, I can't gel any freebies on Xbox Live. Pretty much everytime I tried to download one, I got a 8007274C error. I've double checked my network, everything is fine. I got plenty of storage (around 80gb available).

Sometimes, even going through the menus got me a 80072ee2.

Moreover, when I watch a movie on a USB drive, sometimes, I have to retry 3-4 times before the movie actually starts.

Is my X360 is failing ?

That game was only free until the 15th. It is no longer free. Dragon Age: Origins is the current free game for the 360.

If you are having issues in getting the DRM for the Xbox games with gold, I would recommend using the APP on IOS or Android or logging on to Xbox.com to get it. You can then select install fromthe "Ready to Install List." It won't resolve the issue entirely,
but it is what I have done to ensure I get the the Xbox 360 games with gold.

There are no rain checks on issues like this. The promotional games are only available for users with Gold during the time of the promotion. If you were having difficulties getting Gold due to system issues you probably should have contacted billing support
for help getting that setup.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with not being able to redeem the Free Games with Gold. I'm thinking this may be a region specific issue with the coding of these games since I've seen this specific error code when trying to get the current games with
gold.

Can you not claim any of the free games or is it just a specific one? Have you claimed any of the previous free games with gold? Have you tried claiming the games online from

Try getting the game online and let us know if you also can't get the other free games that are currently available.
