Have a game installed and can't play it says I have to buy it

Me and my friend game share and he bought MW2 and I installed it played the early access campaign and now I can't start it up I have everything installed already and now it says I have to buy it

Try to remove the profile that has the game, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

If the disc is inside

Remove the disc

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

Insert the disc during the Xbox screen
