    Hello everybody

    Recently I've connected an Ethernet net cable to my xbox one from my router. When I checked my network settings, it says not only is my NAT type strict, but there's also a Double NAT problem. I'm not really sure what the issue is, or how to fix it. I've
    reset my console a few times, and I've also put some port forwarding connections in my router. It appears nothing has changed, and so I ask anyone who thinks they may know a solution to please help me. It would be very appreciated; if anyone needs more questions,
    please ask. Thank you!

    (Also, would like to say, without my cable, the issue still occurs)

    Double NAT

    I’ve tried absolutely everything to fix my strict Double NAT for the last 9 hours and nothing that I’ve tried has worked. I’ve followed everything on the website and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a solution? I have tried port forwarding and enabling/disabling
    Upns, along with using a DMZ and nothing has worked. I have a private ip adress too.

    So on the linksys wrt320n it's possible the settings are set up incorrectly. What is the ip that your are DMZing.

    Hey there Whiny!

    Some RCA modems have built in NAT system which means you'll be having double NAT issue. Could you look up which RCA modem model you have?

    Make sure you have the latest firmware for your network devices (router/modem). If it's possible download the update from the manufacturers website.

    Try reset both your modem and router.

    Make sure you have enabled UPnP and no Port Forwarding or DMZ.

    On your Xbox reset network settings back to factory settings.

    Post back and let us know if any of the suggested worked for you.
