Have 2 Authorizing charges for Xbox Series X Have tried calling microsoft and everything

I ordered a Series X on november 28th. I ordered it with my debit card. I have been charged twice for it. Both charges show pending atm but the second charge even know its pending still takes the money out of my account. I have tried multiple ways to contact
microsoft to see why cant they just go ahead and charge me and take the money instead of sending out payment authorizations that can possibly over draw people. I bought the system, It said it was supposed to ship before christmas. I dont understand why you
all cant confirm and take the first payment instead of sending out authorizations that keep taking 529.00 out of my account. I know they are pending but it still cuts off my access to that money.
