    Haunted Xbox?


    Okay so, I have an Xbox (obviously) and I basically use it for everything. Games, Netflix, Hulu... And well.... It started about a month or so ago, I'd be sitting there playing a game and all the sudden the Xbox makes the sound it makes when someone hits
    the power button. (I live alone and I was alone), but then nothing happens.

    There was once that the Xbox made that sound and ejected the disk that was inside so hard and fast that it slid across my floor. (That one I got on camera).

    I know it's not "haunted", but I am worried that my Xbox is getting ready to give out. Anyone know what's going on?

    PS I sit across the room from my Xbox so I didn't accidentally brush up against it.

    If your Xbox is shooting discs across the floor I would say that it's time to get it serviced. That way the ghost loses and will have to haunt someone else. Here is the link to get that started

    But seriously, sounds like you are having some weird internal failure going on.

    Weird and random question. Have you tried taking the XBOX to another location outside of the home to see if it's doing the same thing?

    Have you called ghostbusters yet? They may be your best hope! ;-)

    It could be that something is touching the capacitive sensor of the power button and turning it on.
