hate my Xbox one

Ok let me start with the staying online, it don't watching football and playing football with the snap don't work and know your telling me that you don't even know what the problem is.I have never bought a PlayStation in my life been a box freak since my
elite and when I heard about the new system I went to game stop and bought it didn't care how much just knew that I loved my elite so much that all I could be getting is greater but I believe greater isn't what I got.I'm a gamer yes but when they wanted to
be the one unit you will ever need I was down with all these cool things but for some reason my box just don't do any of what I was hoping for.Hope you guys get it together cuz I don't want to buy a PlayStation 4

Wireless Network Password Not Saving

I really hate the way Xbox one manages wifi connections. I take my xbox on the road with me and I hate having to re enter my wifi passwords everytime I switch between my mobile hotspot and my home network.

I think i can find the kinect effective with the snap skype while playing with friends, people are just too simple minded to see that because sony said they will take out some things and lower price its no different

 

360 wasn't that amazing at launch but it got much better as the updates and redesigns came.

I still play my 360 more than the XB1 but I'd think within the next few months, some major updates and new games will shift the balance of power and you'll be set for that.

 

I completely understand how u feel, but you have to keep in mind that we the 1st owners if the Xbox1 are guinea pigs for Microsoft. We are the true Beta testers for this amazing game system. It's gonna take alot of updates, driver updates etc till we get
a clean running game system, I been on my 360 alot more then my xbox1.

Just give it time and u will be happy. And trust me the Ps4 is no better right now as well. I have that system as well and I think I turned it on a total of 4x so far....

 

Xbox 360 wasn't great at launch but it was great in the end. I'm not sure why the greatness couldn't carry over to xbox one. why restart at point sucking again?

 

The Xbox One has way more features and apps than the 360 had at launch. Did 360 have netflix,internet explorer,youtube,fox now,blu-ray,upload,and many more. No it did not XB1 is and will allways be better. And when it gets updated it will get even better.

Kind of like asking why CoD games don't keep getting better and better untill the last CoD game is the greatest game ever created of all time.

Too answer your question though, neither Sony or Microsoft were really ready for the launch date. So they both concentrated on the most important things, and let the less important things slip so they could be added later in updates.

Pretty much. As a PS4 owner I have a similar gripe of "isn't even as good as the PS3".... why no 3d Sony?!!!!!! (yes, I'm annoyed that my PS3 is still my 3d blu ray player. But at least I had plans on keeping my PS3 anyways. Seeing as how one of the reasons
I justified the PS3 rather than just a blu ray player was 3d it's kinda annoying).

Yeah.... they pretty much launched them without being fully functional with plans of just adding in the less priority stuff later. I think if both weren't worried about the other maybe they would have waited til they were more polished, but you get the problem
of them both eying each other and going, "If we don't release now the other one will and we don't want them to get a jump on us".

Hey, an example where competition bites the consumer on the butt. Or, alternatively, we could view it as we get to enjoy the consoles now and the new games but have to wait on some features rather than waiting on the whole package.

Sometimes I do question myself of purchasing the Xbox One early even though I do like the console it does come into my head why didn't I wait. On the other hand I think if I had of waited I would have just been dying for the console for the duration I didn't
have it. Overall though I am happy enough with the service thus far and no it will get better. One thing that I really am starting to wish for is that I would love more of my mates I hang around with to have it so I can have more fun in online games.
