@HunterHector, Your quite welcome. After watching that PvP youtube, I'm even more excited to try that out also. I'm not a big fan of PvP but that looked like a lot of fun. Worth a try anyway. And it had voice. He was giving commands with voice, not typing
them in. I know some of the MMO veterans are complaining, but I think their just bugged that we'll all be on a level playing field. Their afraid they'll loose some of that "big head" syndrome stuff. lol! I can't say it enough how much I've been impressed
by what they have done for my MMO experience. I've had so much fun with it so far and it was just the beta. I did the beta for GoW and TESO is right in line.

It worries me how this game will do console wise as I don't see many console players participating in all the features ESO has to offer like PVE/PVP taking over keeps, mines, mills etc. But we will see what happens as time goes on. As for the subscription
fee, I think the game will go free to play after a few short months.

I was really looking forward to this but a lot of people who have played the beta were far from impressed even for a beta. I'm definitely going to have to wait for some reviews to see if the game is worth an additional subscription.

I was determined to get this game no matter what, but now I'll hang back for a while and wait for reviews and lenghty gameplay-videos before I make up my mind.

If it was F2P I would buy it at release.

  5. I wrote this in another Thread but here you go ill copy and paste it

I was really amped for this game UNTIL i heard about the SUB FEE. I say this for one reason and one reason only, they're saying this game is going to be around for awhile (like destiny) for around 5-10 years is what the life span of the game is, so to do
a little math you spend 65 dollars for the game (normal version) and 50 dollars a year for GOLD MEMBERSHIP. So we're at $115, Now DLC for THIS game is FREE so no need to worry about that, BUT now they want to charge a SUB FEE, $15 a month, total that up that's
$180 for the Year to play the game, add that to $115, we're at $295.

$295 to play the game for ONE YEAR and thats if you don't get the Imperial Edition, and if you get that then you just add $90 to total so for those guys, $385 for ONE YEAR

Factor in the fact that its gonna be around for Ten years, We'll put the GOLD MEM. FEE on the side but for 10 years it's $500, now keep in mind this isn't entirely for ESO but without GOLD you can't play it so you technically need it. So for the SUB FEE
its $180 a year for ten years its $1800 just for the SUB, add that to initial investment of $65 for the Game and it's a grand whopping total of $1865 JUST TO PLAY THE GAME, and like i said you can't play without Gold so add back on the $500 for the GOLD MEM.
FEE and we're at a new STAGGERING TOTAL OF $2,365 for EVERYONE WHO PLAYS THIS GAME FOR 10 YEARS, that bought the normal edition of the game and $2,455 for those that buy the Imperial Edition.

Now i don't know about you guys but I for one think Bethesda is getting WAY TOO GREEDY, lets say if just 1 million people bought and played the normal edition of this game for ten years, that's $2,365,000,000. So for people like me who have never seen that
number in our bank accounts i write it for you, That's Two Billion Three Hundred Sixty Five Million Dollars. That's only if 1 million people bought this game and there is 300 million people who live in america, not to mention all other countries that are gonna
have this game, I don't even wanna add up those numbers i'd probably have a heart attack. It would be in the trillions.

  6. $15 dollars a month is nothing even adding the price of the game and xlive for a year! I will pay it. I will get the standard edition for x1. I will be joining the Ebonheart pact! I believe age has nothing to do with joining a faction it is just your preference
of which race you like! I like Nords because of dovahkiin.

Like Pacific Rim myself. Shame we can't get the picture of her on the Haiku. Anyway as far as the fee goes for "FREE" DLC all year and upkeep of the servers and files. It is cheep. Just watch the credits when this game comes out and see how many folks we're
helping put food on the table. I spend plenty all year just for things that are one timers. I'll get my monies worth for sure. Not to burst your bubbles or give you a heart attack but I pay more than $50 bucks for my Gold account. JMHO

It seems a bit strange to me that the sub fee should be the sticking point. I would rather not have myself but really…$15…that's the reason you won't play? Most people blow through $15 a month without ever knowing where it went. It's part of your monthly
entertainment expense so don't do something else. Believe me, I can understand that $15 being a huge sticking point but if it was, I also couldn't afford the game or the console account or the new console or even a computer with the juice to run this game.

On the other hand, I can see not wanting to take the plunge without some real world reviews to put a bow on the package. There are already enough videos out there and with the NDA lifted more and more reviews from players of the beta with their screen shots
and videos; but waiting until after launch is an entirely reasonable thing to do. Staying away because you are being asked to pay for continued support of the game is just juvenile IMO.

  9. I will get it just because it is one of three games I was looking forward to this year. I only worry about how many people will get it and play it on the One. I hope the population is a good amount with plenty of decent people to be online with. The 15
a month subscription is a little bothersome considering we already pay for xbox live to keep the One up to date. If the game allows me to purchase a one month card and play it one month and go a couple of months without playing it and when I continue to play
have all my stuff and not lose anything I will be happy.

If they can get even a small % of the PC players to swap over to console when they launch then the game will be a success on console as well. From what I can gather there will be a fair few trying out the console versions but the game is going to be huge
on PC. One thing to note is that the entire US Xbox One playerbase will be all on one server and there will be quite a few other countries like Australia and New Zealand etc that will be all grouped up on there as well.

  11. I wouldn't worry about it all too much yet. Many, like me, haven't taken the plunge into Obox One ownership but fully expect to. There is a good base of Elder Scrolls fans on the 360 that will be drawn into ESO. How could we not just looking at the videos?
Sure the PC crowd can't imagine switching to a console but if the game works well on the console they may but in the meanwhile many console gamers don't like to game on their computers.

I agree with all you folks about the monthly fee being the #1 reason I may not play it very long. I have my budget set up for X-Box One and TESO standard edition with a 3 month sub. So if after 4 months of playing, and I do get to play more than most, being
retired. I figure the least that will happen is I'll get some reprieve toward extra months "IF" I like it enough. @Eggnogga, I've had some hands on experience with a friend and I have to recommend the minimum first month just to get a feel for it. It's as
good a game as I've ever played for the money. Like Skyrim but with friends to help out. I had a blast with it.
