    My MS Points on an unused account just went from 90 to 2090 and then to 0!

    I got an email about me purchasing 2000 MS points on an old Xbox Live account. I checked and then this came up:

    support.xbox.com/contact-us And start an unautherized access investigation.

    Did you have to recover your account to the console when you went back to play?

    I would also change the password on your account and email.

    Well Xbox support won't do anything for you. You have to contact your local law enforcement to file for theft of your account and CreditCard information.
