Has TV judder been fixed on the NXOE (the new UI)?

I'd very much appreciate it, if people could let me know their experiences with TV passthrough. Has the judder issue been fixed/eliminated? This is the one thing that has been holding me back from updating to the new UI. I use TV passthrough a lot and
was previously in the preview program, but the judder was so bad I had to go back to the old UI. With Christmas coming up with all the good TV programming, I'd ben reluctant to update until I knew for sure this was sorted.

I hope MS knows this judder is not just in the UK and not just for TV. I really hope this fix is rolled out in the March update.

 

Blu-ray Player App Picture Stutter

This sounds like the same system wide issue that has plagued the xbox one since the NXOE beta and was released to the general public. Basically on apps like Movies & TV, Media Player, Plex, and Hulu (netflix uses a different technique its unaffected)
what happens is during motion there is split second hitching/judder/pausing it makes for not smooth motion. Some users don't seem to notice but it is intact a widespread issue that affects every console regardless of network and speed. This has been confirmed
from an outside technical analysis firm as well.
