    Hi Kathy,

    I just spent an hour with xbox support troubleshooting this same issue with zero success. We own three X Box consoles and this one in particular has been giving us problems since the very beginning. It constantly shuts down unexpectedly and without warning. I even bought a high end “cooling station” designed for the Xbox series X and it still shuts down unexpectedly. My son’s Xbox is set up next to mine and I’ve compared the temperature and his is a lot warmer but doesn’t shut down…so it’s not a temperature issue. Also, whenever we try and play online i.e. COD Warzone or Sniper Elite 5 (awesome coop campaign mode)…my system crashes and the Xbox automatically shuts down before joining the online game...no warning, no error code...it just shuts down instantly. I've paid a lot of $$$ for games and subscriptions on x3 Xbox devices and am completely disappointed that you haven't been able to resolve this issue. Like someone mentioned above...I have a $600 paper weight sitting in my living room. Please HELP! I want to play online with my son…it’s how we bond together!

    Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us

    Then click on "Contact us" > Subscription and billing> Then choose I need help purchasing content> Type Refund > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.
