    Hi Agnes, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Hi, I was given a refund and received the confirmation emails that the refund had been accepted. I used my debit card to pay for most of the items and used my paypal to pay for the rest. However when the refunded money came back I only received the money that I had spent with my paypal. Will I ever get the money from my debit card back?
    How long has it been since you got confirmation of the refund? It can take up to 5 business days for refunds to process through the banking system...on the other hand, Paypal doesn't work the same way hence you have received that quickly

    My refund request was approved but I still haven't recieved it.

    Have you received the money for the refund? I am also worrying about it and I wanna know if someone actually received their money back

    Hello Polar,

    It does seem now that the account may need further review/investigation, and
    only support agent will be able to help with this. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with reviewing accounts.
    When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----Select See other options
    • Step 3 ----Select topic
    • Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
    • Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    Didnt work i checked the order history and the game status of the game i refunded said refunded while removing and adding account didnt work
