Has no one found a solution to live disconnecting every 1-10 minutes yet?

Lots of people are having this issue including me for agees and its a waste of Xbox Live. Its NOT an issue on my siide because it works fine with other consoles and devices. So Xbox do something about it.

So i got a one x runs well and is overall great, HOWEVER it keeps disconnecting every 10 to 20 minutes now, Ive tried looking up a solution to this problem but haven't found anything, it also said that my last xbox one had no problems like this, so I was
wondering if there is a solution to this, because i can't play with friends or online games if this keeps happening

Ever since about a month ago my xbox elite 250 gb has been disconnecting every 10-20 minutes.

I live in the united states

I have a comtrend modem

Yes upnp is enabled

My nat is open

Doesn't happen to me or my friends.

Please list your make and model numbers of your modem and router as well as your ISP.

If there really is nothing wrong with your connection then there has got to be some other problem causing it.

If you list the modem and router details then maybe someone with knowledge of your router can help you fix it.

 

If you are using Wireless then i suggest you change to cable as i found my Xbox One's wireless has *** itself and is not like the 360's wireless ever since i changed to a Cat5 cable 4 days ago i haven't had 1 party chat issue which i was recieving every
day with the wireless, trust me start using a cable and boycott the faulty wireless that's letting all us gamers down.

The Xbox Ones wireless has a issue, you'll see when you change to a cable and don't encounter another party chat or multiplayer issue.

 

How can my other consoles work fine and the xbox one cant?...anymore. Thats what I

Sir, I have the same issue . Its not my Internet connection Issue ( Comcast :105Mb/s) . I don't have any Latency and even though when I connect my console with LAN , still I will get this issue . Since I updated my console ( March Update) I have been encountered
this .

 

Lucky you, ive had it since October. It only works properly like once a week. Yesterday for example. Today, back to disconnecting. And everyone says I need to do this and that.

 

Glad to see Microsoft is "working" really hard to fix this

^ I don't see how that is going to help anything if these issues JUST started.

 

there are many games on xbox live running on p2p. If your router have DDos protection then it sometimes disconnect you. Disable DDos protection on your router and be sure you run the latest Firmware for your router.

 

^ I have already done that. I even put it in the DMZ. It still didn't fix it. This is an issue on Microsoft end I think.

 

Ok ! here is what I did .... I Reset my Xbox to the factory setting and of course I lost all of my application not saved games because once you download/ install them you will be fine . now my NAT is Open and I can play all of the games without any issue
