If you believe someone 'hacked'' you or someone has access to your account.

Then you must contact Xbox support NOW.

Tell them to you want to do a Unauthorized Access case.

They will investigate and find out who is accessing your account.

Also you should still take the step above if you beleive your password has been compromised by any of your info being changed.

Personally I would contact 18004MYXBOX immediately if you do in fact believe your account was compromised in anyway. There isnt much more the forum will be able to do.

When calling Xbox Support don't forget to have all your important information at hand because they will be able to go back and look through the records and see what was changed.

This way support can verify who you are and that you are not attempting to take another persons account.

First call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. Your account will be frozen while they do the investigation. If you know the gamertag of the person doing this, file a complaint via your console, then block and avoid the
gamer. You will then need to change your login details.
