Has my subscription been updated?

If you check https://account.microsoft.com/services you should see your subscription there.

Xbox.com updated saying that the issue has been fixed. Well guess what? My Gold subscription is still NOT there!

The original elite access for MW3 was for 1 year. The microsoft portion that pays for the service was still based on that 1 year model. There is nothing to worry about, you should have access to MW3 elite for at least another 3 months. Black Ops 2 elite
is free so it will not effect Black Ops 2 in any way.

In other words don't worry everything is fine.

In this case I suggest you to fill out this form:

You can fill it with any active email where you’ll get the responses. And yes try to block the cards and accounts from the bank so no transactions can be made.
