Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with an account. Sounds like you are signed in on a different account. As on the one PC the name and such is fine. We recommend double checking which account you are using. Even log out completely
and then log back in on the PC the wrong information is showing.

If your account has been compromised you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. Then you'd want to submit a case review. In some cases, if they do find that your account is out of your hand that can help lift
the ban. However, depending on the severity of the situation that led to the ban there is no guarantee the enforcement team will lift the ban.

What I would suggest you do is change your secret answer on your email as well as your actual password for your email.
