    Has anyone successfully managed to speak to an agent


    My Xbox X 3 months old would not update games or update console, I performed a full reset as suggested and now it will not allow account sign in. A circle appears and then it just goes back to you need to sign in screen, no error message.

    I contacted the store I bought it from and they won't help me as they said I need to contact Microsoft and I have had zero success in doing so. Every time I go to the request a call prompts it tells me its unable to process request even through it's within hours. I have tried easily 15 times and am getting increasingly frustrated.
