I pre-ordered EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on June 27, 2016, yet I have yet to receive my content code for the 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle or the EASHL '94 Celebration. My order number is 567453558081022709. Thanks.

Please take a look at this
guide from EA regarding content included in the different versions of NHL 17. The HUT Gold Packs, EASHL Equipment Bubdle, and EASHL '94 Celebration are not acquired via separate code and is all in-game content.

To clarify, did you purchase the Deluxe Edition? The content should be available for you in-game if you purchased digitally.
