Has anyone received error 0x87e00019

I get this error code eberytime i turn on my xbox. Xbox error list does not have this code anywhere on their site. Does anyone know what this code means?

Does the console boot to the troubleshooting screen or to the sign in page?

If there are no current alerts on the service status page and you’re using the Xbox One console, try using the
Xbox One Network Connection Solution to troubleshoot time-out and slow-connectivity issues.

When i test the network, all it says is that im conmected to the internet

Its a wired connection. Will update with test results

It boots straight to the home screen. Once i clear the message the xbox works normal. No issues with loading/playing games or anything.

Do a Full shutdown, Guide>Settings>General>Power mode and startup>Full shutdown.

Wait for console to complete shutdown, about 30 seconds and no input on screen, before turning console on with console Nexus button, not controller button.
