Has anyone on cold war been restarted to 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is not developed by Microsoft, and therefore, in-game issues like this must be resolved by them. As a player of BOCW myself, this isn’t actually the first time I’ve seen this happen to somebody, and unfortunately, Activision usually does not fix individual profiles, unless it gets a lot of attention, or it has to do with purchasing COD points. The best thing you could do is contact Activision. Here’s the link to do that: Activision Support

Have you tried out these steps?

1. Open the Manage Game and Add-Ons option.
   
2. Choose Black Ops Cold War.
   
3. Install all content packs that are ready for download.
   
4. Close the screen.
   
5. Restart the Black Ops Cold War application.

I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday
