Has anyone had this problem with a swap to Xbox one error ( 809fbe7d-57b6-4a79-8a65-7dec62b)

little under two years ago got a Xbox 360 at the time Microsoft was running a special do a two year contract for Xbox live gold membership get an Xbox 360 at a discounted price fast forward to now new game coming out been on the fence about upgrading game
was released early to Xbox one and P4 well that put me on the side of going ahead and up grading to Xbox one, Did not want to lose my game tag or rep so Called up support and found out what the buy out of my contract would be they gave me a price I asked if
they would go ahead and charge me and I paid the bill that was on sep 28 next day went and bought an Xbox one. got home hooked it up done the upgrades logged into my account game tag and all is well I thought day or two later after playing around with the
system was going to down load a free game with gold . I tried to download the free game it tells me I need a gold membership well looking at my subscripting on my account page it shows that one month was paid for on the 9/19 I paid out my contract on the 28
so I figure they had canceled my gold membership so I try and by one through the console and on the web get errors both places call support no ideal what's happing I am playing around while on hold and since I got the Kinect and the Xbox one came with a
14 day free trial for gold, ideal scan code get 14 days free that way it gives support time to figure out what is wrong but I can not use it because I have a gold membership now how can a console tell me two different things error code is 809fbe7d-57b6-4a79-8a65-7dec62b

ok, soo i downloaded MW3 from games on demand and it tells me unreadable disk. This isnt possible since i dnt have a game disk. I have done this twice and also deleted the cache's. I also notice that the updated didn't look like it was from my region
soo i was wandering if anyone has had this problem, and if soo what can i do about?
