Hi,

Sorry you're having a problem with redeeming your code. There could be a factor of things that are preventing you from redeeming content onto your account. First, lets make sure that all your billing information is current. You may do this on Microsoft's
billing site here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

After you've done that, lets make sure that you have no past-due balance on your account. If there are any, you will have to pay those before you can redeem any content or memberships on your account. You may do this on the subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Lastly, please make sure that all your security proofs are current. This includes (Address, Phone number, Recovery email, etc..). You may check that here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Finally, lets try to redeem your code again. Please try redeeming your code here: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode
