    I purchased an Xbox Live Gold Subscription online on the Microsoft site. I have a confirmation that I’ve paid for it but I have not received the redemption code. Can anyone help me? Thanks

    Sony will not allow you to change the connected MS account from the first one that was connected. This is their policy and MS has no control over it. You need to ask them to change it.

    I am having this problem too, has anyone found a solution. I certainly appears to be connected to the recent dissolution of the Family Gold account. I can log onto xbox live with the master account, but none of my sub-accounts can log into Live. HELP?
