Discus and support has anyone EVER talked to anyone at xbox support?? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot talk to an agent, no matter what i do.     has anyone EVER talked to anyone at xbox support??


    I cannot talk to an agent, no matter what i do. I've tried ringing(any no i could find)got nothing.

    I've tried asking online to talk to an agent but they can't connect with my no here in Ireland...

    contact page has no numbers anywhere.

    But Xbox has no trouble contacting me by text or email to ask if it's Ok to take my money..WHERE is the support?????

    I'm struggling to get 15 mins of game-play before it freezes or crashes..been dumped out of game numerous times b4 even getting to play at all. No response to any of the problems I've logged...

    I'm lost,,wondering now if this is the reason Sony have a bigger Fan-base.

    One suggestion I would give you if you have Twitter would be to send a tweet to @XboxSupport and hopefully they can reach out and help you with this issue.

    Hey JasonRyan,

    I want to know more about your issue, because it seems that you and I have similar issues. When you say the game freezes then kicks out off, what do you mean?

    Does your controller light blink when this happens, by any chance? Also, does the issue appear to sign you out of Xbox Live and your profile? What generation Xbox One do you have?
