I have just recently purchased a movie from the Microsoft movies to watch on my Xbox one and mid movie a error message popped up and said can't play please try again. if the problem continues visit

With the code 0xc101ab66

But when I went to search for the error code in the database it couldn't be found. I also tried looking to see if my Xbox needed a update but that was good so I restarted the console and still nothing seems to work.

Movie digital release september 27th

I have still not received a key to redeem and dowload the new Ghostbusters movie which was included in the bundle purchased from the xbox store on the above date. I was wondering if anyone else had received their codes or is this a common error?

I recently purchased season 1 of SEAL Team and since day 1 of purchase I have received a “can’t play” message followed by the error code “0xc3360190”. I have given it a week to maybe sort itself out but after a week nothing has been fixed. Has anyone else
came across this issue? What can I do about getting a refund? I have tried unnstallimg and reinstalling the Movies and Tv app, removing the show from my library and then putting it back in, hard rebooting my system all to no avail. I can’t download the show
to my Xbox because there isn’t a download option. Any suggestions?

Same issue with me since I update my xbox 360 to a xbox one S I cannot view my purchase movies, and it has the same error message like everyone on this thread. I try everything that is recommended by the Xbox tech team and nothing has been able to solve
this issue. However, it says the trailer of the movie's fine, but not able to view movie without receiving this error code "0xc00d7159. What's the purpose to upgrade consoles now you cannot view your purchase movie now due to no HDCP compatible, unless you
now need to purchase a new TV that's HDCP compatible....Microsoft, this does not make any sense...can someone at Microsoft explain this.....

I do get the error mid show and sometimes I can watch an entire movie and or multiple tv shows without the error. It has only become an issue with the recent dashboard update. I've had the TV and Denon AVR19** for around 6 months now and haven't had any
problems until now. Thanks for the reply!
