Has anyone else had problems with Xbox Fitness not launching

I have been experiencing similar issues. When I first tried to use it, it would just be stuck on the loading screen every time. Fast forward a few months, I tried it again, it worked perfectly. I even completed a ten minute workout! Abs were sore!!! My
girlfriend went to try it the next day, got stuck on the loading screen for hours she said. She cooked dinner, then took a shower, and came back to see that it was still loading! She just turned it off. There is a way to uninstall it. You press the start
button when it is highlighted and select uninstall. I have not done this, but isn't that how you uninstall every app/game?

Same thing for me. Gets to the exertion screen then hits the desktop. Tried all the fixes to no avail.

Also another issue I'm having is on a second xbox one where it says syncing data whilst on the don't overexert yourself screen. It then takes a while to sync (or so it appears) and then goes into a black screen. I then have to use xbox home button to exit
out. I also retried this by cancelling on the sync screen and then selected stop syncing but this time it reset to the home screen.

I went ahead and moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you. Sorry to hear about the freezing issue, let's see what we can do to help get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console is powered off, wait 30 seconds before powering on your console.

If you are still experiencing this issue you can try to uninstall and reinstall Xbox Fitness,
this is the same process for uninstalling and reinstalling all apps and games.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you were able to resolve the freezing issue.

My Xbox Fitness app is also not working. It was working great, and now the videos wont stream

I just spoke with Support about this issue and it worked for me:

1. Power cycle (while on, hold power button for 20 sec, unplug console from power, hold power button for 20 sec, leave off for 1 minute, plug back in, turn on)

2. Clear Persistent Storage 3 times (Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage)

3. Reset your MAC address (Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart)

After this I was able to open Fitness without any problems (and all other games). Hope that helps!!

I am sorry but i think i think, Either tech Support needs TECH SUPPORT, or more training.

They don't seem to EVER have any solutions aside from " send it in we'll replace it".

Just solved by Microsoft. Try to remove your profile, completely turn off (unplug) you Xbox for 1 min and then sing in with old profile.

I think it only takes a small hick up in wifi connection to throw this game completely off as other online games sort of buffer and get back into the game.

They need to come up with a list of routers that actually work with the X1 and my bet is there is none for under $300. We have always been able to run 5 xbox 360 at once and now if both X1 are turned on games like fitness always freezes up.

The same here in germany too. Nothing happens, always crashes while loading. Done all the solutions suggested. Can this really be true that nothing will help me here? I have a wired internet connection, done hard resets and deinstalling several times. Nothing
works. And the best: Xbox Fitness works fine when i got the One in November. Tried again after a little pause in february.... tilt
