Has anyone else had problems with Xbox Fitness not launching

My issue has been that I will be 20 minutes into a workout and it just kicks back to the home screen. No network error no warning. So frustrating. I really have been enjoying being able to change up my workouts.

 

I have had the same issue as Kimberlyakuhn... so frustrating and nothing has worked so far... but i haven't tried uninstalling it so i might try that next

 

I had to do a factory reset to get it to work, but it still crashes mid work out pretty often.

 

For me, still the same situation, app load but it crashes after few sec. without letting me select any workout. Yesterday spoken to Microsoft representative, she tried by doing the mac address clear and other troubleshooting tips but nothing worked so far.

 

It just started working again for me today.

 

Same here for me too. Have tried a few times to play xbox fitness and still won't get past the don't overexert yourself screen. Keeps returning to the home screen. Honestly would love to have this fixed so I can keep accruing fitness points & achivements.

 

Also another issue I'm having is on a second xbox one where it says syncing data whilst on the don't overexert yourself screen. It then takes a while to sync (or so it appears) and then goes into a black screen. I then have to use xbox home button to exit
out. I also retried this by cancelling on the sync screen and then selected stop syncing but this time it reset to the home screen.

 

Wow guys. This is so weird. Today I tried xbox fitness and it got to the blue xbox fitness screen. But then 5 seconds later it jumped out to the xbox home screen. Tried a few times but had the same problem. God please fix all these problems. I just want
to play the game.

I bought this console for many reasons, one of the main one's being reviews of Xbox One Fitness app. Much to my chagrin, when I get the new console setup, the app will not work. I have spent about 2 hours now reading any forum chats I can find on the subject
and am currently holding with tech support as they research the issue. Here goes the clear MAC address after all other solutions listed here have failed

 

No luck with clearing the MAC address. Here is the next communication I received after letting the tech know clearing the Mac did nothing, "It's really a known issue here, . The last step for this is to open all the required ports on your
router, ." I received a long list of port numbers and the protcols that the ports in question should be open to, UDP or TCP.

 

I am unable to start xbox fitness as well. I try to open it, it expands, green screen with dots, then don't overexert yourself message, then back to the home screen. I have tried turning of the xbox a number of ways, uninstalling turning of and reinstalling.
I have tried port forwarding. Other games and apps seem to be working fine. I believe I am in the Update Preview.

 

The same here in germany too. Nothing happens, always crashes while loading. Done all the solutions suggested. Can this really be true that nothing will help me here? I have a wired internet connection, done hard resets and deinstalling several times. Nothing
works. And the best: Xbox Fitness works fine when i got the One in November. Tried again after a little pause in february.... tilt

 

need help , want to get fit!!! worst of all I bought live gold for this app!! sign

 

Same thing for me. Gets to the exertion screen then hits the desktop. Tried all the fixes to no avail.
