Has anyone else had problems with Xbox Fitness not launching

We had this issue come up for us yesterday. After a little investigation, I remembered that I had moved, ever so slightly, my Kinnect the day before when cleaning. We recalibrated the Kinnect and that seemed to take care of the problem for us. Maybe worth
a shot?

I went ahead and moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you. Sorry to hear about the freezing issue, let's see what we can do to help get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, wait 30 seconds before powering on your console.
  

If you are still experiencing this issue you can try to uninstall and reinstall Xbox Fitness,
this is the same process for uninstalling and reinstalling all apps and games.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you were able to resolve the freezing issue.

My Xbox Fitness app is also not working. It was working great, and now the videos wont stream

 

I have the same problem but mine gets to the xbox fitness home screen and just sits there loading. It show the loading graphic with the dots in a circle but it never loads the workout library. $600 for this crap?

 

Mine stuck on a warning black screen and not starting, any solution

 

Hey y'all, I know I'm new but this helped me, my cisco/linksys has an easy access WLAN/WIFI button, I tried pressing that after getting a "configuration file" error and my fitness booted up normally. I suggest you look into the settings of your respective
modems/routers/firewalls, also try swapping from WIFI/WLAN to wired

 

I had the same error and what i've done to solve it is this : i made a hard reset of my xbox, then when i launched back the xbox one i did not log in to my profile, i've launched the xbox fitness application and it asked me to log in or choose a profil,
so i picked my profile, then it launched.

Hi guys alot of others have been experiencing these problems including me and mine and others issues have been solved by following these steps:

Unplug your Router or Modem and leave it off for 30 seconds.

Once you have done the above step follow these steps.

> Turn off your console via a hard reset. (holding the power button down until the console turns off, this will take roughly 5 seconds)

> Turn on the Router

>Turn the console on, (Turning on Via the kinect will not work if you have hard reset your console correctly)

> run a network test to make sure you are connected correctly

Hopefully if you followed everything you should beable to access xbox fitness without any issues, if not please message back.

 

Same issue. It starts, and go to the "Warning" page about stop using Fitness if you feel discomfort... and then it goes back to the Home Screen. Have tried hard reboot, re-installing.. no luck

 

With my xbox fitness it starts fine an plays about half way through a work out then just stops and goes back to home screen. Has anyone found a way to fix it yet as im sick of only getting half a work out hahaha

 

same problem with me friends. It's a shame for programmer team of xbox fitness or xbox one.

 

Yea, I have been having the same problem since a small update that came down this week. Xbox Fitness loads to the green screen with the loading dots but the crashed back to the main screen.

 

Uninstall the xbox fitness. Hold the power button on the console until it shuts off. Wait 30 seconds, turn it back on and re-install xbox fitness. That is what worked for me.
